QinPai Reel provides digital services and AI-generated video services. These services usually do not support no-reason refunds after delivery or usage.

Refund Handling

If a redeem code has not been used, or if a service failure prevents video generation, please contact support for manual handling.

After generation credits or license usage have been successfully consumed, refunds are generally not provided.

Duplicate payments or mistaken payments may be reviewed manually. Approval depends on order status, usage status, payment provider records, and fraud-prevention checks.
